家人们,做超声波焊接调参数别瞎忙活,先记牢核心工艺参数:启动力、下降速度、焊接时间、振幅,还有保持时间和压力。而影响焊接质量最大的,就是振幅!20kHz 是常用频率,其他频率要换算,比如 20kHz 推荐 50μm,40kHz 就直接减半成 25μm,特简单!现在高端设备还有 SPC 功能,能控功率、能量这些,焊接更精准。
Hey guys, don’t work aimlessly when adjusting parameters for ultrasonic welding. First, remember the core process parameters: trigger force, descent speed, welding time, amplitude, hold time, and pressure. The one that affects welding quality the most is amplitude! 20kHz is a common frequency; other frequencies can be converted easily. For example, the recommended amplitude is 50μm at 20kHz, and it’s simply halved to 25μm at 40kHz. High-end equipment also has SPC function to control power, energy, etc., making welding more precise.
